Class Descriptions

Yin Yoga

A restorative Yoga. An uncommon type of Yoga that is very slow paced. Yin Yoga focuses past the muscles and works deeper into the joints. It targets the deep connective tissues such as the joints, fascia, ligaments and bone. Yin contains more passive postures and are done mainly on the floor. These are held for 3-5 minutes in duration.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

This class will combine Vinyasa flows linking the breath to the movement. Vinyasa is a faster pace yoga that is consistently moving. It will be mixed with Hatha Style which will focus on holding the postures, on appropriate form and alignment of the body.

 

Circuit Bootcamp

This class works your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises.

Zumba

In this class, you will dance away your worries while going through uniquely choreographed moves and dance combinations. Zumba is for everybody, and every body!

STRONG By Zumba

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Sculpt & Tone

A 45-minute workout using hand weights and your own body to work your muscles and tone your body.

BOSU Body

This class will include conditioning exercises using the BOSU, hand weights, and your own body weight to provide a full body workout.

TURBO

Each Turbo Kick LIVE class is packed with real kick boxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training and bodyweight exercises. You’ll leave every class dripping sweat – and ready to conquer anything! Total – Body Cardio: Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations

Body Sculpting

A muscle – toning class, designed to shape and tone the body and is focused on core strength.

Tabata

Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring exercises that last four minutes.

 

PiYo

Body Bar Sculpt

Body Bar Sculpt is a strength class based on lots of reps! The body bar provides a unique way to work the muscles (it’s longer than dumbells) therefore it will tax the muscle in a different way. All muscle groups will be targeted in the class to achieve a full body workout.
